Terms of Service

1. What OraLoy provides

OraLoy is a remote service, not software you install. Your editor opens an authenticated connection to our server, sends the request you typed, and receives a compiled prompt in return. Nothing runs on your machine and no agent of ours reaches into your project.

The service is provided as it is on the day you use it. We add tools, change how compiling works, and retire behaviour that no longer earns its place. Where a change would break a working setup, we give notice by email to the address on your account before it ships.

2. Your account and your keys

You need an account to use OraLoy, and the email on it has to be one you can receive mail at. Keep your details accurate: billing notices, security notices and deletion confirmations all go there.

Your secret key authenticates every call your editor makes. Treat it like a password. Anything done with your key counts as done by you, so revoke and rotate it from the dashboard the moment you suspect it has leaked. We will never ask you for it.

One account is for one person or one organisation. Sharing a key so that a wider group can compile against a single subscription is not permitted.

3. Acceptable use

Use OraLoy for building things. Do not use it to do any of the following:

• Break the law, or help someone else break it.
• Generate prompts intended to produce malware, targeted harassment, or material that sexually exploits children.
• Resell, wrap, or rebrand the compiling service as your own product without a written agreement with us.
• Probe, load-test, or attempt to bypass the rate limits, quotas, or authentication on the server.
• Automate volume beyond what a person working in an editor would plausibly produce.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of these, and for anything that puts the service or other customers at risk we may do it without warning. Where the situation allows it, you get a message explaining what we saw and a chance to fix it.

4. Plans, limits and payment

There is no free tier. Pro is $15 a month and includes 2000 compiles per billing cycle. Max is $35 a month and includes 6000. Yearly billing is offered at a discount on both.

New accounts can start Pro with a 3-day free trial. A payment method is taken at checkout so the plan continues without a gap, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before it ends costs nothing. The trial is limited to one per account and to the Pro plan; an account that has held any subscription before, including a cancelled one, is not eligible.

Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record and is therefore the seller of record on your receipt. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before tax where tax applies, and the checkout adds whatever is due in your country.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel. Included compiles reset at the start of a cycle and do not roll over. If you pass your limit, compiling pauses until the cycle turns over or you move to a larger plan.

We can change prices. An existing subscription keeps its price until the end of its current cycle, and we email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to a renewal.

5. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel in one click from the dashboard, at any time, without telling us why. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.

You can also delete your account outright. That removes the account, the subscription, every key and all prompt history, and there is no undo and no export afterwards.

We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. If we do, and the breach was not deliberate, we refund the unused part of the current period.

6. Ownership of what goes in and what comes out

You keep every right you already had in the requests you send. We claim no ownership of them and we do not use them to train models.

The compiled prompt that comes back is yours to use however you like, commercially included. We ask for nothing in return and place no attribution requirement on it.

OraLoy itself, including the server, the compiling logic, the site and the name, remains ours. Nothing here transfers it to you.

7. Availability

We work to keep OraLoy up and fast, but we do not promise an uptime figure and there is no SLA on any plan. Maintenance, upstream provider failures and the ordinary hazards of the internet all happen.

If an outage of ours runs long enough to spoil a meaningful part of a billing cycle, contact support and we will make it right with credit or a refund of the affected portion.

8. Disclaimers and liability

A compiled prompt is a suggestion. What your AI editor then produces is generated by a third-party model, and it can be wrong, biased, or unsuitable for what you are building. Review the output before you ship it. OraLoy is not responsible for the consequences of code, text or decisions you take from a model's response.

To the extent the law allows it, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. For a change that materially reduces your rights, we email the address on your account at least 30 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use OraLoy after that date means you accept it. If you would rather not, cancel before the date and the change never applies to you.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
